These Terms govern use of the Eastside Digital website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. These website Terms are separate from any service agreement entered into between Eastside Digital and a client.
About Eastside Digital
Eastside Digital provides Google Business Profile management services, including the Google Presence Reset and Google Presence Management.
Information on this website is provided to explain our services and allow prospective clients to contact Eastside Digital.
Inquiries and Intake
Contacting Eastside Digital, submitting an intake form, or providing information about your business does not automatically create a client relationship, contract, or obligation for Eastside Digital to accept a project.
Services begin only after the applicable onboarding requirements have been completed and Eastside Digital has agreed to provide the service.
Service scope, pricing, payment requirements, deliverables, and any ongoing commitments may be addressed separately in an invoice, proposal, service agreement, or other written communication.
Google Business Profile Access
Clients remain the owners of their Google Business Profiles and Google accounts.
Eastside Digital does not require clients to provide their Google passwords. When access is necessary, clients provide appropriate Manager access through Google's available Business Profile access controls.
Clients are responsible for having the authority to provide Eastside Digital access to any Business Profile submitted for service.
Client Information and Approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary to perform agreed services.
Where approval is part of the applicable service, Eastside Digital may provide proposed public-facing content or profile changes for client review before implementation.
Clients are responsible for reviewing submitted materials and identifying corrections or concerns before approval.
Google and Third-Party Platforms
Eastside Digital is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Google controls its platforms, policies, search and Maps results, review decisions, verification procedures, processing times, and whether or when profile changes appear publicly.
Eastside Digital cannot control decisions made by Google or other third-party platforms.
No Guaranteed Results
Eastside Digital does not guarantee:
first-page or first-position Google rankings;
any particular Search or Maps position;
increases in revenue, sales, leads, calls, website traffic, or customers;
removal of negative reviews;
approval or display of profile changes by Google; or
any particular business outcome resulting from the services.
Eastside Digital's services focus on managing and improving the quality, accuracy, activity, customer communication, and overall maintenance of a client's Google Business Profile within the agreed scope.
Reviews
Eastside Digital may draft or submit responses to customer reviews within the applicable service scope.
Eastside Digital cannot guarantee removal of a review. Reviews that appear to violate Google's policies may potentially be reported through Google's available tools, but Google determines whether a review is removed.
Scope of Services
Only services specifically agreed upon with a client are included.
Unless separately agreed, Eastside Digital's current Google Business Profile services do not automatically include Google Ads management, website development, professional photography, unrelated SEO services, complex account recovery, ownership disputes, suspension appeals, or complex verification matters.
Additional or unusual issues may require separate evaluation.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Applicable pricing, payment timing, cancellation terms, refund terms, recurring-service terms, and other commercial conditions will be communicated to the client as part of the applicable service arrangement.
The information displayed on this marketing website does not replace those agreed service terms.
Website Content
Eastside Digital attempts to keep information on this website accurate and current but may update, modify, or remove website content and service descriptions as the business develops.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular service will be accepted or available for every business or situation.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Eastside Digital name, website design, original written content, graphics, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Eastside Digital and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eastside Digital will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from use of this website or reliance on general information presented on it.
Any liability arising from paid client services may also be subject to the terms of the applicable client agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
Eastside Digital may update these Terms as the website, services, or business practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
